Your credit card will be charged at the time of reservation.

Denied Boarding- There are no refunds for denied boarding.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from cancelled reservations. To cancel reservation email: (manager@portparking.com) with name and reservation number. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON THE DAY OF OR THE DAY BEFORE THE CRUISE DEPARTURE DATE. “No Show” reservations are not eligible for a refund.
Promo Codes can only be applied against fees – no refunds on overages and negative balances. No refunds for denied boarding.

Port Parking is not responsible for fire, theft, natural disasters. Damage to or loss of such automobile or any article left therein.
Shuttle with luggage is included in the price of the ticket
Check-in starts at 9 am/Last shuttle leaves 2:30 pm
Shuttle leaves every thirty minutes or when full.

9. Baggage handling

Port Parking (the Company) will not be responsible for any damage of baggage due to the cause of force majeure including but not limited to act of God, war, strike, trade embargo…
Also, the Company will not be responsible for any damage due to items or objects inside the passenger’s baggage.


In case items contained in the baggage of customers led to the damage of the Company’s assets or other passenger’s baggage, the passenger must compensate all the damage and loss that the Company has to bear due to that damage.
Additionally, the Company will not be responsible for damage of fragile, perishable items, money, jewelery, note, bond or any valuable documents, passport, identity paper, the sample contained in the baggage whether Company knows passenger put those items or objects in their bags or not.


Besides, the Company will not be responsible for compensating for any damage, which is discovered outside the baggage transport parking area or in case the Company is not informed about the damage right at the baggage transport parking area.
